cancelation & rescheduling
our client must request a cancelation notice 24 hour before the scheduled time.
Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment, within the 24-hour notice, will result in a cancellation fee of $90.00
If you are looking to reschedule a service please notify the company at least 24 hours before service to avoid the $90.00 cancellation fee.
FIRST TIME CLIENTS
First time clients are required to provide a $100 deposit to ensure cleaning services will take place.
we Do The Cleaning Services team will provide clients with the current availability to begin the booking process. Clients are required to provide their full name, address, best contact number, email, and preferred payment method. All first time clients are required to sign an agreement form agreeing to the company's policies before service can take place, if agreement form is not signed before the scheduled appointment service will not take place. our first time customer must provide photos
If you decide to pursue regular services, we suggest setting up a lockbox or other types of Smart Locks.
arrival time
Upon scheduling, we allow ample time for our cleaners to commute between locations, however, they may not arrive at the exact scheduled time due to circumstances such as heavy traffic and parking or vehicle issues. We also do our best to accommodate varying needs between each client to ensure the quality of our services so the start time may also be affected if the previous client needs additional time to complete the cleaning. In some cases, the cleaners may have to return at a later time to complete the cleaning if the allotted time does not suffice.
We kindly ask that you please allow a 30-60 minute gap for your cleaning proffesionals to arrive in case we are presented with unforeseen circumstances.
If we receive a cancellation for a visit that is before your appointment, we may contact you to begin your scheduled cleaning sooner.
RECLEANS
If you are not satisfied with our clean and we missed a spot you must tell the cleaners before they leave
parking
We require all clients to provide reliable parking for every cleaning. If any parking fees occur during the cleaning, clients are required to cover such fees. We will not be able to complete the cleaning if we do not find reliable parking within 15 minutes of
arriving at
the location. a cancellation or walk-out fee will be charged.
Staff safety
We do not clean up after pets. Urine and feces will not be cleaned up and the area around any pet waste will be skipped. Other bio-hazardous areas are also not covered (human waste, blood, and feminine hygiene products/discards, etc.)
We also ask to be notified 24 hours before a cleaning if the household occupants have been sick as a safety precaution to our team and other clients.
In addition,
the home cannot have any kind of infestation. Our cleaners have the right to refuse any job or task (climbing ladders, using chemicals, cleaning specific areas, etc.).
pets
we are pet friendly however If your pets are aggressive or protective when alone, we request that you board them or make other arrangements during the cleaning.
STAFF SOLICITATION
As a client, you agree not to personally hire any present or former employees. Employees also agree to not clean for hire outside of we do the cleaning client base.
